Welcome

Dr Jessica Moore-Jones has been privileged to have spent her 20-year veterinary journey working in some of the most diverse aspects of our exciting, intense, demanding, evolving profession.​ Over those years, Dr Jess has held roles including Senior Advisor of Animal Management, Executive Manager of Animal Services, CEO, Veterinary Services Manager, General Manager, Manager of Wildlife Health, as well as small business owner – each experience shaping her expertise and passion for the people who work in the animal industry.​​​​​​​

Dr Jess is as frustrated as everyone else by corporate buzzwords, academic theory that don't help in the real-world, or generic self-help advice you could get from the internet. She offers practical, real-life, authentic support, from someone who really gets it.

Authentic

Real-life, genuine people driven by values rather than processes. We balance professionalism with friendly, open, honest relationships. Kids, pets and novelty hair colours are part of who we are and therefore a part of our business.

Progressive

We lead the changes we want to see in the world. We are thought leaders and challengers of the status quo, gently (and sometimes not-so-gently) guiding our industry towards what could be rather than what is. There’s a swear jar for “how we’ve always done it”.

Optimistic

We believe that things can, will, and already are, improving. Our vision of the future is bright and we’re committed to seeing that happen, and playing our role in getting us there. We decide what could be and make it happen rather than trying to fit into existing boxes.

Welcome

Unlike consultants who add culture and resilience as an afterthought to their profitability or process driven missions, Unleashed Coaching and Consulting is first and foremost about people. We believe whole-heartedly (and have the data to back it up) that focusing on people first IS the answer to profit and process, not the other way around.

Unleashed Coaching and Consulting is led by Dr Jessica Moore-Jones, who hasn't just been a vet for 15 years, but has led large and small vet clinics and animal shelters, designed and implemented restructures and rebuilt broken teams, and is head-hunted specifically for her experience in transforming the culture, resilience and emotional intelligence of veterinary and animal shelter teams.

At Unleashed we're not academics, though we have the qualifications in business, positive psychology, human behaviour, training, and of course veterinary surgery to provide the all-round support you need. Mostly, we're authentic, we get straight to the point, and we're committed to creating a thriving, sustainable profession without any of the political correctness that gets in the way.
