Yes, I know that none of us need another training session on the definition of psychological safety, or the impact of compassion fatigue. You wont get that here.

This session is about completely overhauling the way we've been approaching safety and wellbeing, and approaching it at a systems level instead of an individual or leadership one.

This means less "build more trust" advice, or "set clear boundaries" cliches, and definitely no "put more staff on the roster" and a lot more talk about infrastructure, inter-team dynamics, generational differences, document accessibility, decision-making hierarchies and ACTUAL workplace barriers and solutions to why our people keep finding the work too demanding.

• In this workshop we'll tackle:

  • Why compassion fatigue is old (and incorrect) news

  • What psychological safety actually is (and isn't) - yes you CAN make people uncomfortable
