About the event
Your team isn't tired of change. They're tired of incoherent change. The burning platform, the tidy plan with a go-live date and a calm on the other side, was built for a world that stopped existing. There is no other side coming. This lab is for leaders who've accepted that the change won't settle, and who want to lead through it without quietly burning out their best people, or themselves.
This isn't change management. We can't offer a methodology to follow and no promise that if you just do the steps, it'll go to plan - we don't think that exists anymore. It's how to lead people through constant change when nobody actually has the map.
